The following workshops taking place in the building of the Republican Training and Clinic Family Medicine Center in Dushanbe.

The purpose of the following workshops is to strengthen the role of the healthcare system in responding to gender-based violence (GBV), in particular provision of psycho-social and medical services for survivors of gender-based violence. In addition, the relevance of these trainings is due to the fact that in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, based on international data, the number of people suffering from domestic violence increases. The following trainings will be also part of the MoHSPP’s contribution to the implementation of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan on the prevention of domestic violence in the family.
