On July 29, 2022, within the framework of the Spotlight Initiative implemented by the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA), a round table was held to consider recommendations in the field of promoting a healthy lifestyle in education field.

 

The high- level meeting on presentation and consideration of the recommendations on Healthy Lifestyle Education (HLSE)  in the education field with participation of representatives of MoHSPP, MoES, COWFA,  SCOs, UN Agencies conducted. Discussions conducted based on assessment to align curriculum for grades 7-11 on HLSE with the UNESCO guidelines, specifically related to gender and GBV. A set of recommendations discussed based on the results of the assessment specifically for Tajikistan on revision and amendment of the HLSE curriculum and other related subjects considering gender equality and GBV issues.
